Pricing
Working with a wedding planner is an investment in the success of your wedding day. Our full-service Cloud 9 planning fees are based on 10% of your personal budget. Call for more details and pricing.
This service commences approximately 24 to 12 months prior to your wedding day.
Services Provided Include:
♥ Unlimited Phone and E-mail Contact
♥ Initial Planning Meeting – Review client’s wedding plan & details.
♥ Unlimited Consultations – On an as needed basis.
♥ Vendor Recommendations – Access to Preferred Vendor List.
♥ Budget Assistance – Utilizing your dollars in the areas of importance and focusing on value where needed.
♥ Finalize Vendor List – Oversee the management of all vendors and contract obligations.
♥ Event Documentation – Development of timeline, master vendor list and vendor arrival schedule.
♥ Site Visit – Walk through of ceremony & reception site to review layout, floor plan, décor and vendor traffic considerations.
♥ Rehearsal & Dinner – Assistance and participation.
♥ Unlimited Coverage on Wedding Day – Manage and coordinate activities including but not limited to:
♦ Oversee and assist with all vendor/venue setup and take down is as planned.
♦ Ensure programs, place cards, guestbook, table décor and favors are in their proper place.
♦ Ensure all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests are distributed.
♦ Wrap up details after bride and groom depart reception.
♦ Make sure all gifts, cards, and personal items are packed and transported to the proper family member or vehicle.

For our “do-it-yourself” couples, this day-of coordination option allows our clients to take the leading role in their wedding planning while we aid them with the specific details that will make their day unforgettable. Together, we will tailor a planning package that best suits your needs.
On your wedding day, we will coordinate your wedding day seamlessly and gracefully while your stylists set up the decor with perfection, making your vision come to life before your eyes.

Pricing starting at $3,000
Activity for this service can begin as early as 1 month prior to your wedding day.
Options Available:

♥ Two – One Hour Planning Meeting – Review client’s wedding plan & details.

♥ One Hour Ceremony Rehearsal – Assistance and participation.
♥ Up to 10 hours of Coverage on Wedding Day – Manage and coordinate activities including but not limited to:
